“In times of stress, therapy has been a life‑changing experience for me. I’m here to offer that same hope and opportunity to others.”
I’m a Licensed Certified Social Worker–Clinical with more than 25 years of experience as a therapist and counselor in Baltimore. My own experience of therapy is part of why I do this work — I know firsthand what it means to have a steady, supportive space during a hard season.
I work with children, adolescents, adults, and couples, with particular focus on anxiety, depression, and mood disorders. I especially enjoy working with young adults navigating life transitions, social pressure, and stress.

Acceptance & Commitment Therapy
Making room for difficult feelings while moving toward what matters to you.
These are a few of the approaches I draw on — not a checklist you need to know in advance. If any come up in our work together, I’ll explain what they mean and why we’re using them.
Clear, upfront pricing.
